Procurement is a key element in the execution of projects and it defines clearly responsibilities and roles of stakeholders. EPPOS can assign a dedicated strong group of people who can go through a very specific process and manages the procurement of project materials and equipment, as well as works contracts with the objective to optimize procurement costs and lead times, while minimizing associated risks on every step of the project.
